Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:  

1. Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing orders with successful payments. There should be valid reason for cancellation. 

2. The delivery fees (If applicable according to the distance range ) will be paid with order value. Otherwise, Orders will be cancelled. 

Refund Policy:

1. In case of placing orders with successful payments by MB Way or Transfer to IBAN, Customer must send us the proof/Comprovativo. And Refund will be made for those cancelled orders once the Order Value will be credited to the account. Customers will be asked to wait if the original transfer is from other Banks and if it takes more than one/two working days.
